Unexpected degraded platform performance

Resolved

Due to an unexpected error our system was not able to handle the load generated by normal usage between 21:10 and 21:40 CET. Also, when looking back at the logs, a first sign of this issue was seen for a few minutes at 19:42 CET.

The problem was resolved by deploying a fix for the technical issue that caused the error at 21:30. It took the system 10 minutes to process all outstanding requests that were made during the period the system performance was degraded.
